Hello my friend. Welcome to the “say no to say yes” challenge. I put this together just for you to break down setting boundaries into five simple steps over five days.
Saying “no” can be really challenging. But when you learn the power of doing it, you realize that you're starting to say yes to what's really important to you. You get perspective back, you reclaim your time, and you get to spend it doing the things that you really care about, which is what the world really needs you to do.
