Luckily for you, we’ve created this badass 8-week course to get you Embodied AF.

Through this course you will learn to tune into your source of divinity and show up to every aspect of life as your most authentic bad ass selves. You will:

This course is for you if you:

Modules:

INNER SHIT

1. Manifestation: We will set the intentions and lay the framework for how to call in everything you want in your entire life. 

2. Human Design 101: You can’t get to where you want to be if you don’t first know who or where you are. In this module you will discover your unique roadmap to effectively exist as you in the world. You will learn your Aura type, Strategy and Authority.  How you should live your life.

3. Gene Keys and Values: Now that you’ve got your roadmap for HOW to move through your life with more clarity, peace, and ease, we will do a deeper dive into the keys to your own brand of genius. This module will help you identify and ground in the values and qualities that make you EXACTLY who you are.   

4. Divine feminine: Get out of your stupid macho masculine brain that THINKS it knows how to do all the things. That is NOT what it's meant for. Tap into your juicy divine feminine goddess self to align with your soul’s calling and show up in life embodied as fuck. 

OUTER SHIT

1. Decluttering: Cut out the shit and surround yourself with things that reflect who you are and bring you joy. 

2. Boundary setting and divine masculine: Stop doing things you don’t want to do. It's bad for you and bad for everyone around you. Learn to say no and create the structure to move ease-fully toward your goals. 

3. Stress management & working with negative emotions: Despite having all of these tools shit will still hit the fan. People will still suck.  You will still be triggered.  In this module you will learn how to process these emotions, learn more about yourself, and move forward more integrated and high vibe. 

4. Advocacy/activism: It's great to know who you are. But if you lack the tools to show up as who you are in your everyday life, well...that just sucks. Learn to speak your truth and impact the lives of those around you with your new super confident badassery.
