Our bodies are a guidance system for what we are meant to be doing, let’s learn to listen to them.

Jen Sprague is here to teach us how to improve our lives by practicing better health. She breaks down how we can flow into living a better life. She breaks down the components of wellness which include mindset, the physical body, nutrition, movement, and stress management.

“Our bodies don’t lie,” says Jen. She recommends we exercise listening to our bodies and give it what it needs.

Jen talks to us about how we can stay connected to health and wellness during self-isolation and beyond. She shares with us the PLAY strategy to embrace joy, and how she incorporates it into her life.

We also chat about weight shifts, something many of us may be experiencing in quarantine. I tell my story of experiencing a weight shift this past year, and how shifting back to listening to my body has helped me navigate it.
